Toolin' around my stomping grounds

Me and Turge got out onto the CO Trail yesterday for a traverse over to Corral Draw - consistently one of my favorite trails in the area.  I felt TERRIBLE - looking back I had not drank any water the whole morning and was fairly active loading up 15 bikes for a big shuttle.  I had not had such a crappy day on the bike in quite some time, but it was worth the torture to get up to Corral Draw:

Fun ride, but next time I'll hydrate...even a little!

I'm also enjoying the Tour Divide and GDR race coverage.  Admittedly I wish I was out there, but then again the reality of being out there is much different.

HA - That's a pretty good Heidi impersonation! Nice shots. I still want to ride out with y'all sometime. Maybe next summer??

Just found your blog and wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed reading your posts about your GDR experience last year. You're a great writer!

Thanks!
